Training full speed and switching it up

I only had 30 minutes today and I still ‘showed up’!  That’s the secret key!  I did glutes only and 4 exercise!  This is where mind, body and soul really play a part!  FOCUS!!

20 walking lunges with 30lb DB  3xsets

Donkey kicks with a kick 35lb DB behind knee for 10 up and 10 around each side 3xsets

Deadlifts with 2x50lb DB for 100lb 3x sets of 10

Bulgarian lunges with 20lb DB in hand of foot that is resting on bench for 3xsets of 10 on each side

Single leg heel on bench hip thrusts 30x each side
