Shoulder press

side lateral w/bands

bentover tricep cable pull over

clean and press

bentover lateral

tricep cable push down

bench dips

squats

120 hanging knee up cruches

planks w/knee check

pull ups

standing renegade rows

cable sitting row

Its a lifestyle!  I love making each day the best it can be with the input of nutrition to feel like a million!  As I have come off of the competition training and morphing into a training style that will be more suited to every day life, I have struggled, I can’t lie!  I am, however finding my way.  And with that I walk the talk that I can share with you.
